We ship our heat sensitive gifts with ice packs during the summer.
In an effort to ensure the successful arrival of all food gifts in the summer months, we ship our gifts with ice packs. However, we cannot guarantee that heat-sensitive items shipped during summer months will not melt. We typically ship with ice packs starting around Memorial Day and end around Labor Day, depending on Chicago temperatures.
