All of our gifts are shipped with care and consideration. Unfortunately, the occasional issues may crop up and we are committed to making that right. In the rare instance that anything goes wrong with your order, we promise to do everything in our power to correct the error. If impossible to correct, we will work with you to ensure both you and your recipient are satisfied with the resolution. We go the extra mile to make it right.
