What if I provided you with the wrong shipping address?

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact support@packedwithpurpose.gifts as soon as possible. Before the order has been processed, we may be able to update the shipping address. After the gift has been processed, the address cannot be updated. We are also unable to reship gifts that are sent back to our fulfillment house due to the perishable nature of our gift products.
